4-H is a 100 year old non-profit program operated by each state's land grant university and Cooperative Extension Service. There are over 7 million current 4-Hers in the United States alone, making a group of many many millions of 4H alumni. 4H emphasise Leadership, Citizenship, and Community. http://www.4husa.org/
